Woolsey is a certified professional coach, consultant, and facilitator with expertise in the areas of executive communication, leadership development, and building high performing teams. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in Management, Organization Development, and Learning Consultancy across all sectors including corporate, non-profit, and higher education.
Amrita brings 22+ years of robust experience in multiple industries across business operations, strategic planning and execution in complex environments across Asia Pacific and Europe. In her last role, she served as Vice President – Global Strategic Talent Development in HSBC. Currently, Amrita teaches at Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and works closely with the Wharton School of Business, Penn Medicine, Penn Law and Penn Engineering. Her teaching focus covers 2 broad arcs.
Over a 20-plus year career in consulting, Lynae has worked with global companies to design and deliver training and coaching programs in the UK, Mexico, South America, Canada and throughout the United States. From multi-national firms to neighbourhood non-profits, Lynae has extensive experience supporting teams of varying sizes and leaders at all levels of an organization. Her experience extends to working with individual executives providing one-on-one coaching.
Kevin Barnhart is a facilitator, technology consultant, and data analyst with more than twenty-five years of experience creating and delivering presentations to diverse corporate audiences. Kevin’s background in engineering, marketing, and business development helps provide clients with a structured approach to create compelling technical communications to drive innovation.
Ashleigh Miller, founder of Amplify Excellence LLC, brings over 20 years of experience working in professional services organizations serving large multinational companies. She has spent time leading teams around account management, growth strategies and sales and negotiation methodologies. She is a certified TRACOM SOCIAL STYLES facilitator and develops and delivers customized programs for small and enterprise companies.

Mandeep Rai is a global authority on values, working with companies, institutions, and individuals around the world. She has travelled to more that 150 countries and reported as a journalist for the BBC World Service and Reuters, amongst others. She began her career in private banking at JPMorgan, and later worked for the United Nations, the European Commission, and grassroots NGOs before setting up the UAE’s first media venture capital fund. Mandeep studied philosophy, politics, and economics (PPE), has an MSc in development from the London School of Economics, and completed an MBA at London Business School, with a year at Harvard Business School and MIT. She also holds a PhD in global values.

Corena Chase is an executive coach and facilitator who works in an array of industries including law, financial services, media and entertainment.
