Alberto is an award-winning sales / marketing consultant and performance improvement professional with over 20 years’ experience in sales and executive training in US Hispanic and General Market, Mexico and across Latin America.
He’s held high-profile creative and account management positions in top marketing agencies like EURO RSCG, Leo Burnett (Relay)’, IEG and Cardenas/Fernandez and Associates. Alberto has served and senior consultant for JM Reid Group, performing high level executive training in the areas of business development, facilitation and executive presence.
Alberto is passionate about storytelling and understanding the nature of media in the service of teaching. He believes the use of videoconferencing platforms during the current pandemic will transform the nature of “in-person-training”; and only organizations who understand it as a “completely different communication medium” (and not a poor substitute for traditional classroom settings) Will realize it’s full potential.
Born in El Paso, Texas, Alberto grew up accross the border in Juarez Mexico and was educated in México at the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Tec de Monterrey). He has three children and two “first languages” (Spanish and English).
