DESCRIPTION
As a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), you’ll help the Scrum Team perform at their highest level. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions. Through the certification process, you will learn the Scrum framework and gain an understanding of team roles, events, and artifacts.

Course is structure in 2 Parts:
- Part-1 training will focus on Introduction, thorough understanding of Scrum framework and in-depth application along with real time case study
- Part-2 training will be focused on Certification
Training:
- 40 hours of training will be imparted by 2 trainers

CSM Exam
The CSM exam is administered online and sent via email after attendance is recorded and reported by Instructor. The link is sent 24-48 hours after class concludes. You have 90 day access to take the exam and 2 attempts towards passing. The exam is 50 questions in multiple choice format. Once the exam is started, you have 60 minutes to complete it.
Pre-requisites for Agile Scrum Master
There is no required prior certificate, educational background, or work experience needed to participate in the CSM course, complete the exam, and receive certification. The Certified Scrum Master course is designed to introduce you to the basics of Scrum, and as such all backgrounds are welcome to join and achieve Scrum Master Certification but these are desirable skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and IT Project Implementation
- Good Communication
- Coaching Skills
- Ideally previous experience as Business Analyst or QA or 1-2 years within IT will be great
