Working in a Pandemic: Explore Your Personal Workstyle that impacts home, work and any interactions - April 15th, 2020 & May 1st, 2020 

How do you like to work? What environment do you need to be the most productive? Do you prefer details or the big picture? Do you like order or ambiguity?

This Free interactive ZOOM session will introduce you to the DiSC model which profiles four primary workstyles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness/Compliance.

After this session, you will be able to:

• Describe the implications of your style(s) based on the foundations of the DiSC model
• Express your preferred behavioral “Style”, its strengths and weaknesses and how your behaviors communicate that style to others using the DiSC style descriptors
•  Identify the work environments that are particularly motivating for you through self-reflective tools and the DiSC profile assessment
• Distinguish between inappropriate or unproductive communication approaches with others of a different DiSC style by adapting communication behaviors different from your preferred communication style
• Apply three or more specific strategies for leading a team increasing overall productivity and effectiveness anchored in motivators specific to each DiSC style
