As per PMI, PMP exam will focus on below domains:

• People
• Process
• Business Environments

Half of the exam will represent predictive project management approaches and the
other half will represent agile or hybrid approaches.
There are noticeable differences between exam outline and PMBOK. PMBOK is not
enough to pass the exam. This training will equip students with necessary
knowledge which will cover PMBOK and agile / hybrid approaches. This training will
also cover Agile Practice Guide available with PMBOK Sixth Edition.
